We want your stay in La Rosa de los Vientos to be as pleasant and carefree as possible.
Therefore, many services are already included for you – you can flexibly add anything else.

✅ Included services (short stay up to 14 nights)

• Electricity, water, internet & gas – no additional costs 🌞💧
  (Electricity is generated in an environmentally friendly way via our photovoltaic system.))

• Fresh bed linen and towels – ready for your arrival 🛏️✨

• Firewood for the fireplace – for cozy evenings by the fire 🔥

• Free Wi-Fi – stay connected if you want 📶

• Pool temperature guaranteed at 28°C during peak and mid-season 🏊‍♀️

🔋 Long-term stay (from 15 nights)

Separate regulations apply for longer stays:

• Electricity: billed according to actual consumption at the current daily rate from Octopus Energy , less the energy generated by the PV system .

• Gas: Gas cylinders must be refilled by the tenant as needed.

• Water & Internet: included.

• Insurance coverage: The house is fully insured. Should any damage occur during the stay, only the insurance deductible (excess) will be charged to the tenant.

• Final cleaning: €180 (mandatory, payable on site) 🧹

➕ Optional additional services

• Pool heating: €10 per day – ideal for cooler months 🏊‍♀️🔥 (November-March)

• Pets: €65 per stay (only on request) 🐾

• Interim cleaning: available upon request – especially for longer stays 🧽
